FAQ

Technical & operational questions

Cases can be routed based on configurable rules — such as availability, duty schedules, or time of day — supporting uninterrupted service and predictable workflows during night and weekend shifts.

Yes. radiance365 is fully multi-tenant and multi-site capable. Each site operates independently while sharing unified workflows, reporting templates, and central administration — ideal for hospital networks or clinical collaborations.

radiance365 is operated in a secure, GDPR-compliant cloud environment in Germany. Deployment in other regions is available if required. The platform meets established security and quality standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 and provides an MDR IIb– and FDA-cleared diagnostic viewer. All communication is end-to-end encrypted. Two-factor authentication protects system access, while comprehensive logging of all access and actions ensures full traceability.

Minimal effort. The solution runs entirely in the browser — no software installation or local maintenance required. The only on-premise component is the Local Gateway, a lightweight connector that bridges modalities, RIS/PACS/HIS/EHR systems and the teleradiology plattform securely.

Together with standardized formats such as DICOM and HL7, this supports hospitals in aligning documentation with internal compliance and audit requirements across RIS/PACS/HIS/EHR systems.

radiance365 uses a multi-layer backup and recovery concept. Daily snapshots protect current system states, versioned restores enable a fast return to a previous configuration without data loss, and continuous retention of audit and log data ensures complete traceability for compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
